Well I have been back in Charlotte for about 2 weeks now. We have had 2 snow days and lots of class cancelations. Hooters has been pretty slow, the girls say this is the worst time of the year, just because everyone has spent all their money during Christmas. This Thursday I am doing a swimsuit photoshoot audition for the 2012 Hooters calendar. If i make it they will fly me all espenses paid to Ecuador to do a bigger photoshoot. My managers say there is cash money involved but i really have noidea how much that is for. I just got my midterm grades back, and my classes are pretty easy. I pulled 2 B's and 2 A's. I think by now one of those B's is already an A. I hope. I Love Lexi, she is the cutest car ever. I would work everyday for the rest of my life for her. I signed up at a local gym, and ... lets just say my thighs hurt.
Love you all,
Jordyn
Yeahhhhhhh a new blog. I can't wait to see your photos, you will be sharing those with us - right? We will keep our fingers crossed for you. You can't beat an all expenses paid trip to anywhere(well Del Paso Heights may not be worth it). I;m glad all is going well, let's hope you pull all A's by the end of this trimester. Fingers crossed for the RA position too. Let me leave you with one last thought - ARA Scholarship. DO IT this week.

Congratulations on the great grades Jordyn. I'm so impressed with you and how you have gone about achieving your goals. A trip to Ecuador sounds exciting! I hope you get it!

If you need a chaperon in Ecuador, remember you love me more! Good job on the grades. I know you would rather be cooking. I will look at the RA letter later today. Love you Grandma
ReplyDeleteI think your Grandma needs a chaperone as well, so I had better go, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteHow did the modeling gig turn out?
Excellent news on the grades! Glad you're loving the car. And it goes without saying that i'd be the best chaparone choice for Equador... I'm a trained professional with two, count 'em two successful chaparoning trips on my resume and not one Cheerleader lost!!
ReplyDeleteLove you,
Whew! I'm caught up. And I also want to know all those things...how DID the photo shoot go? Do I need to remind you that I chaperoned you in the 8th grade to NY and DC and managed all of those rotten boys from the other school? Anything ever come of the RA gig? And, how's that whole "Hank living across town thing"? Does it reduce any of your homesickness? If so, I hope it doesn't help toooo much cause we want you back. Pop misses you, and so does your daughter....remember? You are missing her formative years....just sayin' ... xoxo
